I'm 67, is this the right program for me?

Absolutely, we specialise in working with people over 40 and have decades of experience doing so, we have even worked with people in the 90's.

What's best, exercising indoors or outdoors?

It's completely up to you, whatever location suits you best. If it's really hot or wet we can train inside but if you prefer the great outdoors, so be it!

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone is different but ultimatley you will get out what you put in. we will give you all the tools and resources and guide you every step of the way. Things can move very quickly if you're motivated but remember this is a marathon not a sprint.

I don't like the idea of people seeing me when I exercise.

That's alright, we can work in the comfort of your own home or garden, no one needs to see you at all.

Can I exercise with a friend or family member?

Yep, no problem at all just let us know and we will make sure your trainer is well prepared.

Why wouldn't I just use a cheap online program?

Buy cheap, buy twice. We have decades of experience, and we ensure you have a real, personal experience. This is something that online training options just can't achieve.

Every one of our training sessions is planned carefully to meet your abilities and goals.

How much space do I need?

Very little. A lounge, hallway, backyard or deck, basically if there is enough space for a exercise mat you're good.

Do I need and any equipment?

No, all you need is to bring yourself and some water, we provide everything else.

I have an injury. Do I have to wait until it's better before I start?

In short, no as most of our clients have injuries or niggles of some sort. Once we get over 40, we're not spring chickens anymore (not old either...yet).

Our personal training sessions are based on what you can and can’t do, from how much you can lift to how fit you are.
